Christie: Projector series Mirage HD
The
revolutionary Mirage HD series sets new standards of stereo projection for
high-quality visualisations. Christie, a provider of visual solutions, has
heralded a considerable step forward in stereoscopic 3D projection with its
new Mirage HD projector series. These 3-chip DLP projector systems with a
native 1920 x 1080 resolution and active stereo features provide around 41
percent more resolution than the 3D projector generations up to now. The new
Mirage HD series encompasses four models:
the Mirage HD3, the Mirage HD6, the HD8 and the Mirage HD18 with up to
17,500 ANSI lumens. Each projector has a native resolution of 1080 for a wide
projection field and active stereo features. With its brightness, contrast
and uniformity the HD series covers a wide range of applications. The
projectors provide first class, real HD stereo pictures with almost any
graphic card. InfoComm booth 4009 More: http://www.christiedigital.co.uk |

projectiondesign:
3-chip DLP Projector at InfoComm 07
Image
quality, ruggedness, networkability, and flexibility are among the themes for
Norwegian manufacturer projectiondesign at InfoComm. The company is previewing its first 3-chip DLP
1080p HD projector, model F80 1080 as well as giving a debut to the Action!
M25 – a new, compact 1080p DLP projector based on the F1+ platform and
targeted at the home theatre market. Also featured on the booth are the
company’s F20 and F30 projectors, which offer both Texas Instruments® BrilliantColor technology and projectiondesign’s
own proprietary RealColor colour management suite.
Elsewhere, the Action! Model three 1080 projector is being demonstrated with
an anamorphic lens attachment to show true 2.35:1
widescreen imaging. A large number of the projectors on show will be
networked together using projcetiondesign’s own ProNet asset management solution, and a separate area of
the booth is being used to demonstrate how this software can be deployed to
manage multiple projectors across a single site, or even multiple sites, over
TCP/IP. InfoComm booth 6619 More: http://www.projectiondesign.com 4)
Mitsubishi: DLP Overhead Projector XD470U
Mitsubishi
Electric has brought a mobile DLP overhead projector for presentations onto
the market; the XD470U. The most notable feature of the projector is the high
3,000 ANSI lumen brightness. Its dimensions make the XD470U extremely
space-saving and allow it to be set up perfectly even in small rooms. The
basis for the projection is the 0.55 inch DLP chip. Used in conjunction with
the DarkChip2 from Texas Instruments with DDP2000 signal processing, it makes
a rich and differentiated black possible. More: http://www.mitsubishi-evs.de |

publitec: beaMover
65 world premiere at SHOWTECH
publitec is presenting a real world
premiere to the Showtech visitors: the beaMover 65. With a light output of 6,500 ANSI lumens and
a contrast ratio of 2000:1, it is the most brilliant and contrast rich beaMover there has ever been in these dimensions. On top of all that the beaMover
is ideal for 24/7 operation, using a long-life engine and an automatic filter
cleaning system. publitec
also has on show complete solutions for the use of electronic large pictures
for the stage areas in theatres and at events: powerful projectors from
Sanyo, multi-channel systems from Stumpfl and media
server hardware and software. SHOWTECH: hall 1, stand 400 More: http://www.publitec.tv 6)
Just Lamps at Showtech in
Just
Lamps is presenting everything to do with spare lamps for projectors at Showtech. Anyone interested can get information about
spare lamps for projectors and delivery within 24 hours. In addition, Just
Lamps will be demonstrating how to save up to 60% of operating costs. The
Diamond Lamps, which were awarded the 2007 Innovation Prize, allow users to
reduce the costs of spare lamps enormously without sacrificing performance.
Diamond Lamps contain the original lamps from the manufacturers Philips and Osram and provide 100% brightness, contrast and of course
lifetime. SHOWTECH: hall 1, stand 150 More: http://www.justlamps.de 7)
Further OSRAM VIP lamps in the Feldmann
range
The Feldmann Speziallampen-Vertriebs
GmbH is further extending the Osram VIP spare lamp
stores. The trend for naked projector lamps is going on. This concerns
original OSRAM items which are installed in various projectors and rear projection
TVs. If you provide the exact device and lamp specifications the Feldmann team will be able to help. Even though
installing the new lamps in the particular modules can usually be done quite
easily, the company is offering a new additional service: the new lamps will be installed by experts
and the old lamps correctly disposed of. More: http://www.vip-lamps.com 8)
