recently launched the CP220, a lightweight and powerful projector. Featuring
a size of only 248 x 78.5 x 199 mm and a weight of just 1.8 kg this projector
is easy to transport and hence the ideal presentation companion for people on
the move. The small yet stylish DLP projector offers a brightness of 2,200
ANSI lumens. Thanks to a native XGA resolution, 5-segment colour wheel and a
contrast of 2000:1, the BenQ CP220 shows sharp
images. With a noise level at 31 dB in ECO mode, this device is whisper quit
and does not interfere with presentations. The projector is equipped with a
lens by Carl Zeiss. The new “off&go“ function allows for cooling off even after the projector
has been disconnected from power. The projector that comes in a rugged silver
housing is transported in a carrier bag that is included in delivery. More: http://www.benq-eu.com 4)
Sony: VPL-EX3 – Versatile XGA-Projector

details within graphs, drawings and spreadsheets. Six preset picture modes
ensure users can quickly achieve an optimized image. Brightness can easily be
switched between high and standard mode (2000 or 1500 ANSI lumens) to suit
room conditions and screen type. The front exhaust directs heat away from the
audience and the aspect ratio can be changed from 4:3 for data projection to
16:9 for watching movies. More: http://www.sonybiz.net |

real-time performance, more display flexibility, robustness, and security. Real

booth 3635 More: http://www.zandar.com 16) Gefen: New DVI/Component/HDMI Adapters
from Gefen
The
various audio/video interfaces on most of today’s HDTV sources and displays
do not always connect easily to each another. DVI, for example, doesn’t
transmit audio with its high definition resolutions up to 1920 x 1200 (1080p)
tough HDMI does. The DVI Audio to HDMI Adapter from Gefen
allows sending HD video to the display with digital audio in TOSlink and S/PDIF formats. The adapter comes equipped with
one DVI, one TOSlink and one S/PDIF input. The HDMI
display and audio receiver connect to the unit’s digital outputs.
Installation is a plug and play with the unit running on its own 5v power
supply. The component audio to HDMI Adapter is a device that connects
component sources or VGA
computers to an HDMI display, patching HD video together with
two channels of audio (left and right) to the HDMI display. This offers the
most convenient method of linking an analog device
to a digital display while maintaining the highest HD video resolutions up to
1080p. InfoComm: booth 3607 More: http://www.gefen.com 17) Bitlogix: New LS100 Serial to Ethernet
Device Server

other equipment controlled through RS232 ports. The LS100 is equipped with a
RJ45 Ethernet port and one 9-pin D-Sub serial port for easy network
integration into new or existing room control installations. The Ethernet
converter has a reliable TCP/IP protocol stack, and can be configured via
telnet or the serial console port with full user ID/password protection. In
combination with the optional NetControl room
control software, the LS100 can be used for event scheduling, projector theft
warning, e-mail notification, and others more. NetControl

the newest addition to its product line – the SP-10D multi-standard,
multi-format video processor. The SP-10D is a broadcast quality solution,
providing Proc Amp controls, standards conversion, signal format conversion,
and time base correction, all in one box. The SP-10D will accept an input
