8)      dnp presents the Supernova Flex Screen

As a world premiere at InfoComm 06 in booth 1817, dnp denmark presents a new retractable version of their award-winning dnp Supernova front projection screen – the dnp Supernova Flex Screen. When not in use, the new flexible screen silently disappears into a stylish wall mounted housing that compliments modern interior designs. The Supernova Flex Screen is based on the groundbreaking Supernova technology that has won prestigious technology awards. It is available in 4:3, 16:9, and cinescope format in sizes up to 150” (the cinescope format). This Supernova is an optical front projection screen that incorporates advanced brightness and contrast enhancing technology. It works in two ways: 1. When the image is projected onto the screen, it passes through an optical lens system, which focuses and concentrates the projected light before it is reflected back towards the viewers. 2. The lens system comprises a patented contrast enhancement filter that absorbs diffuse light from windows and room lighting. As a result, the screen is highly resistant to ambient light. The screen is compatible with all standard projectors.
